Your heroism and service is honored today, the 100th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Rest In Peace

I too share your last name and I live in the same basic area of Texas. I don't know if we are related or not but do intend to find out. I have served the citizens of Texas for approximately 28 years and am honored to share your last name. Thank you for your ultimate sacrifice, Rest in Peace.
