Every time I think about marrying my boyfriend, I think about if you'd approve, or be cleaning a gun waiting to meet him with a gaze that is as protective and well mannered as any man Ive ever met. I mirror my life and thoughts in the image and warmth of your love and bear hugs you once gave me as a little girl. I love you always and miss you forever.

Thinking of you already on this Valentine's weekend. It is so hard to believe that in three days on Valentines Day it will be eight years since you have been gone. When they say that in time it gets easier, we just learn how to deal with it better or hide our emotions even more. Keep up the good watch. Gone but NEVER forgotten!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sadly enough one of your brothers from the same barracks lost his life today. Always praying that not another trooper would pay the ultimate sacrifice. Rest in peace together and continue to watch over your family.

Though the years are going by fast, you are still in the hearts of everyone daily that you truly loved. Stories, laughter, tears and cheers were through out the conversations last night. Keep watching over us and continue to send us your blessings...Happy New Year!!!!!

In life, a person can count on one hand how many "true" friends they have or have had. Brian was a "true" friend of mine. I grew up with Brian and have many fond memories of all the adventures we shared growing up. Brian stood up for others and positively impacted his community. He’ll be missed greatly

I haven't talked to you in a year, but you are never far from my thoughts. It's so hard to believe 6years have passed. May you continue to rest in the peace God has brought you. And may you never be further than a whisper or a prayer from Julie and the kids.

The 7th annual Brian Patterson memorial golf outing was again another success today. Tyler had his team of friends and Desirae and Julie drove the golf cart around to tell everyone hello. The 50/50 was a huge success and it was nice to see everyone out supporting a good thing and enjoying the sunshine.
You will always be remembered by many Brian, continue to look down on us.

Forgive me for missing the anniversary of your E.O.W., but I felt as though I could not continue to read about so many tragedies. I now realize the visit each day to leave a word of encouragement and hope to the loved ones of others, helps me to remember that I am not alone with my pain and heartbreak. So may I say to your friends and loved ones that my thoughts and prayers are with them now and always. Continue to keep watch over them and those still out on patrol and may they know you will never be forgotten.

On this the sixth anniversary of your tragic death, please know that your memory is honored and revered today.
My heart is with all family members and friends who call you beloved. They are all in my thoughts and prayers today. I just wanted to say that I never knew Trooper Brian Patterson, but he obviously served the state of Pennsylvania valiantly and will never be forgotten. It is my desire one day soon to be a Pennsylvania State Trooper. If I do get the honor of receiving that position I will make sure that I carry Trooper Patterson's legacy to the best of my ability. He died a hero, and my heart is touched greatly every time I hear of an officer paying the ultimate sacrifice. Much love to the Patterson family, you are in my prayers.
