Hi Morris: 4-12-2013
Was just reading some of your reflections and came across
one from your friend Lt. Billy Vanstorm. Son we are so proud of you and the work you did here on earth. You were such an inspiration to Billy that he became a Police Office, now he is
married and they are expecting their first child, which is going to be a boy, they are going to name him Morris Brian. I know you would be so proud if you were here. We have never met
Billy but we are also very proud of him and what he has done
with his life. May the Lord bless Billy and his family.

Love you always:

Hey brother. It has taken me a long time to post anything on here. Too long. Still very hard for me. I always looked up to you and love you so much. Can't describe how much I miss you. I have two daughters and I have told them so much about you. They understand what you did and they are so proud of you. They know that I was very lucky to have been your friend and brother. Thank you for looking down upon us from heaven. I can still see that smile.

Margaret, I would love to get in touch with you.

Everyday you are missed. 10 years since our lives changed because you were taken from us, and it seems like yesterday. I wish you could see Corinne and Olivia, they have grown into lovely young women, but still remember their uncle Morris. I wish you could have met Tom, he's amazing, and you too would like each other alot. A man of God who loves his family fiercly, like you.
I miss you so.....

Margaret: I have been thinking of you, and then it makes me think of Morris. I've looked for you on facebook, and I know longer have a current phone number for you. I hope and pray you are well. I figured maybe I'd be able to reach you through Morris' Memorial Page. Every time John and I drive by Curtin on our way to Eugene, we pray for you and remember Morris. We miss you.

May the Lord bless you. Please let me know you are OK. Morris will be forever in our hearts. Your remembrance flagpole and flag look beautiful outside of church. Makes me think of you both.

Love You, My Friend..........Charlene

Hi Son:
Just wanted you to know that Dad and I celebrated our
50th Wedding Anniversary on June 1, 2012. We renewed our
wedding vowels at the church, then had a dinner in the
fellowship hall. There were sixty seven people there including
your sister Melissa. If you could have been with us it would have been complete. But we know you are in a much better
place. We do miss you very much.

Recently while I was watching the movie "Courageous", I began to think of how Deputy Taylor was just that. He is not forgoten, and the seeds of God's word that Morris sowed are growing strong today.

Just stopping in to read and reflect on this special day. Thanks for all who think about Morris still and drop a note for us to be reminded that he will never be forgotten. I woke up and remembered that this was Morris's birthday. Its still hard to face the fact that a bad guy with a gun could do this but I can hold onto the hope of seeing Morris and my Savior one day. Thanks all you Law Enforcement who are putting your life on the line. Are you ready if its you time???? No man is promised tomorrow. Get ready. Get right. Until next time......Take care.

Well Morris,

You came into my thoughts this evening so I thought I would just drop in and say Hello, not so much to you as you are with the Lord you so Faithfully served in thought word and deed. More so for your Mom and Dad to know that we also miss Morris and think of him. Admitedly not as much as you, but he is still in all of our hearts as well.
"Do not weep for me when I am gone, but rejoice in the fact that I am with the Lord my Savior".
You raised a good man and for some reason he was needed in Heaven before we were ready to let him go.
I know that Margaret misses you as well. You would not be missed if you were not loved by so many.

I am on the other side of the world right now but I still remember your first day in the Lord your Gods house.

We think of you often and your loved ones. Each time we drive pass the Curtain exit, we honk our horn, say a prayer, and think you for protecting us! You will never be forgotten!
