Blain, niether you nor any of our brother's in blue have been and never will be forgotten. We here at the Salt Lake City Police Dept. pay homage to your service and sacrifice every day of the year. We are reminded each day as we pass a large granite stone which has your name and too many others engraved into it. Each name on that stone is that of another fallen brother from this great Police Department. Your photograph is proudly displayed next to all of the other fallen hero's from our Department. Trust in this, you nor any of our fallen brother's have been forgotten. We look on your face and name every day. We remember that you have paved the way for us with you service and sacrifice and you ride with us on every call we get. Thank You
