God bless America and all the police officers who protect us. I'm at the 105 Precinct for the 2017 Memorial Wall Re-dedication Ceremony honoring Patrol Offers Howard Barrows, Victor Cooper, Clarance Clark and Detective Brian Moore. You all gave your lives protecting us. Thank you. And may you all have already met each other in heaven.

I am a Lieutenant at the 105 currently. We have built a new memorial wall and plan to dedicate it this spring. If any one knows how to get in touch with Patrolman Barrows' family, please contact me at the 105th Precinct. We will never forget.

I said a little prayer today for Patrolman Barrows and his family. He may be gone but never forgotten. He will always be a New York HERO.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the eighty-first anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace
