El mundo debe conocer que el Sgto. Bula fue un agente comprometido con el deber, salvando vidas y propiedades. No dejaba solo al companero, mandaba e iba al lugar de la situacion. Willi era un hombre de principios y valores. Fue un policia honesto que cumplia y hacia cumplir la Ley. El Sgto. Bula salvaguardaba los derechos constitucionales de aquellos criminales que quebrantaban la Ley. La Policia perdio un Oficial de 22K. Al dia de hoy lamento su viciosa muerte. Que Dios lo bendiga y le de consuelo a su familia, en especial a su papa que se quedo sentado en el balcon de su apartamento, esperandolo y nunca regreso.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the eleventh anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

I pray for solace for all those who love and miss you. Both the pain and the pride are forever.
