I remember hearing the story of Actor Harrison Ford doing a Ride-Along with you for the "The Devil's Own" Film that came out later that year. I heard a picture exists of the both of you together after that awesome experience which based upon newspaper reports took place a couple of weeks before your sacrifice in the line of duty. I am sure that was a wonderful and cool moment in your career which was tragically cut short! I think of you every March 14th along with my 2 APO Colleagues Who Were Slain in the Line in the Line of Duty in Greenwich Village, NYC Almost 14 years Later on the Same Night. RIP Hero!

Twenty-Four years have past but not the memory of the Grand Concourse, or the sadness in the halls of St. Barnabas Hospital that night. New York City, the N.Y.P.D. and world are facing another horror this month in the form of a virus and fear. You are at peace and an example of the heroism and dedication you gave in your military and police career. May all first responders and citizens remember your courage and sacrifice! May the new centurions emulate your attributes, citizens bow in gratitude and all find courage and comfort knowing there are people in this world like YOU at times like these. God Bless you family and their sacrifice.

Rest In Peace Hero and to all that committed the ultimate sacrifice. Which falls at the waste side as the communities we protect don’ back us, however we still go out their and do our job. To all young officers remember this the ones that hate us it the uniform and what it represents. Don’t take personal they don’t know you. Do your job right don’t hesitate could be your last action. We have to play by the rules they don’t. Also if you feel lost and the pressure is getting to you. Due to the job, home life. I understand you don’t want to go to the department outside help is available and it confidential. I have seen too many good officers take their lives senselessly. TALK I was 36 year veteran
