Family, Friends & Fellow Officers Remember...

I am your baby, I wanted to climb in the casket with you, they said you were sleeping, I wish I would have. Life has been full of manipulation, lies and mistrust which has shaped me into someone that has been broken many times. I know if you would still be here with me you would have protected me from all of it. The day you left me was the worst day of my life, I pray one day we will be together in heaven. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 44th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
