Reflections for Officer John G. Wedding
Officer Wedding,
Today was the first day of the 2011 ICOPS Bike ride in Indiana. The first leg went from Indianapolis to Richmond. Along the route the ride stopped in Cambridge City for a break. Your daughter was there and your memorial was read. Although you were not personally known by anyone on the ride, your spirit is alive in us all. We thank you for your service to the community and the brotherhood. You can be proud of your daughgter, she is keeping your memory alive as well.

I think this is my great uncle I have heard about for years. He was near Daums Dariy when this happened I believe. I was born in 1963 so I never got to meet this man. I believe his wife was Jenny, which was my grandfathers (Alfred Long) sister
