Your heroism and service is honored today, the 88th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

It is a snowy night here in NH and it gives me time to update reflections for fallen officers.

It always bothers this writer when justice is not served on behalf of all of the law enforcement officers. Such an injustice to all of you.

You are a hero Sir just by the profession you chose and you are not forgotten.
