Trooper Van Vooren, you are not forgotten. Your story was passed on to me years ago during a patrol as we passed the spot where the accident happened. You are remembered by those you served with , as well as by the community you served, they were, are and will remain proud of you and thankful for your sacrifice. I am sure you would take pride in the fact that District 7 is now a flagship of the ISP. You served your country and community well and earned our eternal gratitude.
