Its been a long time since I heard this name and never forget it Freddie Toto ! I remember as a child being told about him and the circumstances surrounding his last watch. I know at the time, there was another officer standing next to him, not sure if it was my dad, Officer John(Butch) Taurosa #1480, or another officer. Condolence's to all family members

Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

To the family and friends of this brave officer. I have just completed the new web site for the Fraternal Order of Police Newark Lodge#12 and would like to take a moment to thank all of these men for giving me one of the most spiritual experiences in my life. I felt that each and every one of these officers were at my side guiding me to the completion of the sites "In Memory Of..." page. God Bless and Thank You!
