God bless you and thank you for your service. You were 5 years before I joined but you will always be in our hearts and minds. You gave your life as a young officer full of life but your life was cut short due to a reckless driver. Rest in peace and May God bless your family.

I remember Uncle James coming to our house and taking my brother and I for a ride in his patrol car. When we were our of city limits he would turn on his siren. I always loved his short visits and when my children were little I would tell them about my Uncle James coming to visit us. I now share these same memories with my grandchildren.. Your spirit lives through us Uncle James.. Sandy
