Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Class 31, honors one of their own. Officer Earl Sharp is remembered today for his dedication to service. For his willingness to give his all to protect our community and the resources we enjoy. We are humbled by Officer Sharp’s sacrifice and we still remember. Since you gave it your all for us, we vow to give our all for you. In honor of your sacrifice and the sacrifice of your family, we honor you during this memorial workout. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 63rd anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
