Reflections for Patrolman Hubert W. Schenning
A hero may fall but shall never be forgotten. A true HERO you were Sir, because of people like you my family can sleep safe at night without worries. Me myself and my family live in Racine County less then a mile from Burlington where you served as a hero. You shall always be remembered, RIP now Sir.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 70th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect and your memory will always be honored and revered.
Rest In Peace.
