He will always be remembered, his son Charles Russell was my grandfather, and retired from IMPD, and his two sons my uncle (Charles Russell and my Father Griffin Russell were IMPD, and now my nephew Mark Russell is a deputy sheriff in So. Dakota. So far 4 generations and going strong

I am related to this Officer. I have some pictures and newspaper articles of him. RIP You are still remembered as the family line is handed down. I will soon be passing things to my son. I was so moved that another tribute wall is up beyond the one downtown. Thanks to all who remember those lost and to those serving today God Bless and thank you!
