Miguel was a great man. When I was little he used to pick me up and held me up high so I can try and touch the ceiling of our little house. He was tall, dark and handsome. My family loved him very much. He lived right across from us in our barrio Camarones of Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. He was the nephew of my uncle's wife, and I consider him my cousin. When he died I remember feeling very sad because I would not see his smile any more. He was always courteous and very much a gentleman. We will always remember him. His death made a lot of us very sad because he was very young officer who was about to get marry and had a full life ahead of him. May he rest in peace.
