I had transferred to Seattle, WA., from Norfolk, VA., in June, 1965, and had barely come to known Special Agent Rogers. I remember the incident and witnessed the grief of the other Seattle agents and his wife. Special Agent Rogers was admired and respected by his fellow agents.
