Prayers go out to the family. I have been a law enforcement officer for over 25 years in Williamson County and know all the names--just found out that this was my mother-in-laws first cousin. Puts even more meaning to our Memorial this eek.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 68th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect, and your memory will always be honored and revered. .

Rest In Peace

YOU ARE REMEMBERED TODAY AND THANK YOU SIR FOR YOUR LONG AND DEDICATED SERVICE, AS ALWAYS THIS WRITER IS DISAPPOINTED THAT JUSTICE WAS NOT TRULY SERVED ON YOUR BEHALF. YOU ARE A HERO JUST BY THE PROFESSION YOU CHOSE.

Constable Reed, while our soldiers were overseas fighting a World War...you were here fighting a local war that never ends. Thank you for your service & God bless.
