Elmer Aloysius Noon

Officer Elmer Noon suffered a fatal heart attack shortly after assisting a security officers who was fighitng with an intoxicated suspect outside a market near the intersection of Gay Street and Forrest Street at the end of his shift. As he arrived home he suffered a fatal heart attack.

Officer Noon had served with the Baltimore City Police Department for 15 years. He was survived by his wife and daughter.
