View all 8 ReflectionsThis was my Grandfather. My mother was his second child of 4 children. I was not born when my Grandfather died, but I do remember my Grandmother. I believe she had a heart attack right after this happened and she never remarried. She did her very best for their children. I too think of my Grandfather every time an officer is killed. I wish every officer safe travels in their job and I thank them for their service.
