Harvey Edgar Bolen

Sergeant Harvey Bolen succumbed to injuries received the previous day when he fell off of his motorcycle at the St. Clair State Police Post, at the intersection of Harriet Street and South Riverside Street.

Sergeant Bolen was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of WWI. He had served with the Michigan State Police for 2-1/2 years. He was survived by his fiancee and brother.
