Mike, I sit here today at my desk at OPD thinking about an upcoming Memorial Golf tournament for our Fallen Officers. I can't help but think about working with you in the Colonia having fun. I have a tears in my eyes thinking about you and your family. Over 30 years ago we started this Memorial for you and now it continues. I'm sorry Mike and I will never forget you and the others who have passed from OPD. RIP
