Corporal Carlen Stone was killed in a helicopter accident while on a medivac mission.
Corporal Stone was transporting a heart patient and a paramedic when he reported he was making an emergency landing due to ice. The helicopter was found three days later on Cheat Mountain. All three were killed in the accident.
