Patrolman Noonan was killed in an automobile accident while responding to a burglary call.
Thomas Anthony Noonan a wonderful human being, whom I will never forget and will always LOVE and have a special place in my heart. A great friend who thinks of everyone before he thought of himself. This man lived to protect and care for anyone who was in trouble. If only we had more police officers like him this world would be a better place. I will never forget you and I think of you often. I continue to pray for his family and hope they are doing well. God be with them all. Love, Roxanne
