Officer Down Memorial Page

It has been along time. Just a few short words. I think I was maybe 10 when I first meet you. I was just another kid in the neighborhood, a friend to you son. I can remember you being a strict father, but a very loving one also. When I was just a young teen you invited a few of us to become explorer. I didn’t really understand what that was or what it meant. It was a great experience that I look back on as a great memory of my childhood. Now that I am older and a officer myself I understand more what you where telling us and trying to teach us. No one can understand the pressures of working in law enforcement unless you have been in there shoes. I just wanted to say thanks for making me a better person and a better officer. To the family I know you miss him everyday and I thank him and you for the service that you all gave.
