Joseph Francis McMillen

Private McMillen was killed in an automobile accident when his patrol car was struck head-on by a vehicle travelling the wrong way on Route 955 in Harborcreek Township. Another officer was injured in the accident but survived.

Private McMillen was a U.S Navy Veteran of the Korean War and served with the Pennsylvania State Police for four years. He was survived by his wife

On today, the 62nd anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice-not just as a LEO but for our Country as well when you served with the USN during the Korean War. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
