Kevin, I stumbled onto this looking for a graduation date of the 305th police class. I was a member of that class along with your father. There were a number of SEPTA Police officers in that class which I was one of. I have good memories of your dad. I didn't know him well, but I do recall him as an easy going well intentioned man. I also remember the incident and attended his funeral. I hope it comforts you to know that I believe anyone who knew your dad thinks of him this way and we will not forget his sacrifice.
