I just wanted to say,"Billy" was a good neighbor, too. My mom & I lived downstairs from him for a number of years on Grand Ave. near Avers. He once chased a burglar from our doorway during a weekday when no one was home. He used to make my mom angry when he played his music too loud (LOL) but he was a great guy and is still remembered by me and my family!
Rest In Peace,Officer Marsek

Sincerely,
James Maglieri & family
