Badge Number: E-48 Trooper Wells was killed when he was struck by a vehicle after stopping a traffic violator on I-55 near Hernando. No charges were filed against the driver who struck him.
Trooper Wells had served with the agency for just over 18 months. He was survived by his parents and sister.
A section of I-55, at mile marker 277, was dedicated in Trooper Wells' memory. |
