Trooper Joseph Moyhnihan was killed when his patrol airplane crashed in bad weather.
Trooper Moynihan had served with the agency for 10 years.
EVEN THOUGH I MET JOE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS PRIOR TO THE MERGE OF ALL OUR FINE DEPTS. HERE MASS.I NEVER GOT TO KNOW HIM VERY WELL BUT FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND CONVERSING WITH OLDER TROOPERS WHO KNEW HIM HE WAS A COP'S COP.MAY HE REST IN PEACE AND GOD BLESS HIS FAMILY
