It's been 56 years today since you were taken from us. We've learned to live with your absence but have never gotten over it. We miss you everyday. I'm thankful I learned that you were a Christian and that each night we prayed 'Bless Daddy in heaven," was really true. The one thing I've regretted is that you never got to see us grown up and to meet your grandchildren. But I know you will one day. You have great grandchild as well. They are all beautiful. One grandson followed in your footsteps. I'm so proud of him and of you. Will always love you.
