Daddy,
Tonight, as I sit at the dispatch console I think about and remember you. You left us way too soon. My whole life I lived, knowing that not only did I lose my father.... but my mama lost her sweetheart. Her first love. I miss you both, but take comfort in knowing that you are together again in heaven. I picture you holding hands and smiling.

On this, the 51st anniversary of your death.... I hope you and mama are dancing together amongst the stars. I love you both.

Your little girl.
