Patrolman Milton LeBoeuf was killed in an automobile crash during a high-speed pursuit on the West Bank Expressway.

He had been shot and wounded in the line of duty the previous month after responding to a domestic disturbance.

Patrolman LeBoeuf had served with the Westwego Police Department for one year. He was survived by his wife and child.
