Trooper Laurence was killed when his motorcycle suddenly lurched forward and struck a tree.
Trooper Laurence had been with the agency for seven years.
I said a little prayer today for Trooper Laurence and his family. He may be gone but never forgotten. He will always be a New York HERO.
