I knew Troy because of my stepfather Arvin Henry. They worked together at the Big Spring PD. Arvin wrecked his pickup and Troy was the DPS officer that brought him home as a courtesy. After I had two boys and they were of the age to go to a babysitter, school, I discovered Grannies Playhouse and found out it was Troy's mom.She took such good care of my boys and I am forever grateful for those couple of years of her teachings. Thank You. I am sure you raised your son Troy the same way. He was such a fine person. My dad Arvin was a DPS officer many years and my son Justin is a police officer in a suburb of Fayetteville,Ar. We are so proud of our Officer Justin Belew. The memory of Troy Hogue lives on after all these years in many peoples hearts.Stay safe out there to all that chose this profession to protect US.
