Trooper Jordan was struck and killed by a vehicle while weighing a truck. He was stationed in Texarkana and had been with the agency for ten years.
We were both just young crazy kids when we met in Clarksville. You went away to become a Trooper and I away to college. The good times, laughs and fun we shared will never be forgotten. Rest In Peace Howie.
