Trooper Randy Ingram was killed when his patrol car was struck by a tractor trailer during a traffic stop.

Trooper Ingram was a veteran of the Utah National Guard and had served with the Utah Highway Patrol for 10 years. He is survived by his wife, daughter, and son.

On today, the 21st anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice-not just as a LEO-but for our Acountry as well when you served in the National Guard. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
