Trooper Ingram, I was assigned to do a fallen trooper presentation as part of the in-house academy for the Utah Highway Patrol. I'm new to the Patrol and it was an honor for me to have been assigned you. I hope you know that you and every other Trooper who've paid the ultimate price in the performance of their duties, are not forgotten. Every time I stop a semi truck and request to see their driving log, I'll remember you. Every time I pass through Nephi, I'll remember you. God bless you and your family and know that your legacy carries on.
