Einar was my mother, Patricia Johnson Fossum's father. I do not know much about him or his side of the family because he died when she was a young girl. I will be traveling through Wisconsin in July and plan to stop at his memorial. I have visited his name on the police memorial in Washington DC many times. I have a wonderful photo of Einar in his WWI uniform given to me by my grandmother, Evelyn Welsh Johnson.
