Jay Seale was a gentleman with an infectious smile and a true professional who served our country honorably. I had the honor to serve with Jay in Belize as an Army SSG supporting DEA counter drug missions. I was deeply saddened by his loss and will always remember him. He was a great person. Rest forever in peace Jay.
