Steve was my firearms instructor in 1984. His wit and humor made our class laugh. He was concerned for everyone's skills and techniques hoping to keep us safe and to survive in our careers. He was a great officer and instructor. His impact on hundreds, if not thousands of officers was immeasurable! His spirit lives on. God bless his family, and God rest your soul Steve!
