Lt.,

A day doesn't go by that I don't remember you. You were a guide in my career, you were always balanced and fair when you dealt with us "your adopted children"...You were always in the middle of the "shit" along with your deputies, you were not one to satnd back and let us do the dirty work and that earned you our deepest respect. You were missed the day you left us and 17 years later you continue to be missed. Thank you for having forged in me a deep sense of duty and honor for my chosen career.

Thank you for your service and your sacrifice and Rest in Peace, Brown Knight!!!
