Officer Henry was killed when he was struck by a train while conducting surveillance. Officer Henry had climbed onto a railroad trestle in Klickitat County, Washington, for a better view of the Columbia River while looking for illegal fisherman. Officer Henry was working in conjunction with the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission at the time of his death.
Officer Henry had served in law enforcement for 5 years and was survived by his wife, three daughters, and two sons.
