As your operations Lieutenant and personal friend, I would like to say that your knowlege and experience was vital to the training of all the new officer's we hired. Your help as their FTO was unlimited and you were 10-8 24/7 whenever needed. It has been over 25 years since you are gone.

All of the members of the SPD that had the pleasure to work beside you miss you. All current members of SPD should respect your dedication to this department while we were in the infancy and poor days.

Let us pray that no other officers have to share your fate.
