Deputy Darryn Robins was accidentally shot and killed on Christmas Day by another deputy as they re-enacted an earlier traffic stop during a training exercise.

He served with the department for 7 years and is survived by his wife and 18-month-old daughter, his mother and three sisters.

26 years buddy. We still love 'ya, still miss 'ya and still think about 'ya. That was a very nice post that your dear friend, Mr. Griffin, left. I'm glad to hear that Melissa is well and that you are now a Grandpa to a beautiful Grandson that looks and acts like you. Boy, what I wouldn't do to see them right now. I looked up Morris Day and the Time on YouTube and got a good laugh and it made my heart smile. So much has changed Darryn but 1 things remains the same....you will never be forgotten my friend !!!
