We were friends from Middle school to High School, played football and started our careers together in 1985. I counted you as my friend, a good man, A great husband to Patricia and great father to Ian. All these years later I remember that fateful day when our community lost you, Patricia and Ian were deprived of such a good man. I often think of our shift parties and many conversations, especially our work together just the day before we lost you.
I honor you today by remembering you for how you lived, served the community and what a great cop you were and always will be. Les you were then, are now and will always be a great example of what a Police Officer should be !!!
Rest in peace my friend,

I know you would be amazed at how Patricia handled losing you, and what a great job she did raising Ian, and what a fine man Ian has grown to be and is today.

I too will never forget you as a friend, fellow officer and a brother in Blue !!!
