Mark ,
Was as a friend of mine, I was a Texas Law Enforcement Officer with Bellville and Santa Fe Railroad Police. We covered one another on the streets of Bellville, Texas. The night that he was killed, he had a rookie as his partner. Elated that his rookie retired from the TXDPS. Since 1976, I have often wondered if his wife gave birth to their child. In 2006, I found out that Marks lovely wife did indeed give birth to there child, To his child, Mark was a true gentlemen in every sense of the word. I never forget he took me to and from work one day. Mark believed in God, lived up to the Texas Department of Public Safety motto of COURTSEY SERVICE PROTECTION.

Very Respectfully
Dale Lester
