Theodore R. Clark, Jr.

Parole Officer Theodore Clark was killed in a vehicle crash on River Road, east of South Corning, while returning to Elmira after serving papers on a parole violator during a snow flurry.

His vehicle was struck head-on by another vehicle that had crossed into the path of Officer Clark's vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle received several traffic citations.

Officer Clark had served with the New York State Division of Parole for over 20 years. He was survived by his wife and two sons.
