William S. Elliott

Officer Elliott was shot and killed after he and another officer responded to a domestic disturbance at a home on 5th Avenue. Upon arriving at the scene, Officer Elliott entered a room and was immediately shot and killed by the suspect. Officer Elliott's partner was able to return fire and killed the suspect.
