Grandpa I wish i had the opportunity to meet you. You are my namesake and it makes me proud. For awhile you were shrouded in mystery to the family, not even your son who is my father knows much about you. but recently my older brother Wayne Jr. had done some research and finally we have information about your time on this earth. Wayne attended a ceremony and participated on behalf of the family for the first time. We apologize for taking so long but information about you was not easy to come by. Your son and my father is a great father who all of his kids and grandchildren love very much. He is a Veteran of both the navy and the army. I currently serve in the US Navy as a Master At Arms which is also known as military police. I chose this profession to follow your legacy and had a goal to be a NH State trooper eventually. Wayne Jr is in the Army and served in combat in Iraq. It is an honor to carry on your name. Thank you for your service and sacrifices to the country and the family. You will definitely never be forgotten as we talk about your legacy everyday and share you story to others. Rest In Peace and i hope to someday finally speak with you in heaven.
